Ush Dhanak

Ush DhanakUsh always knew that something was missing and that there was something else she was meant to do besides working in her corporate career as a lawyer and then as Head of Human Resources. She didn’t know what that “something else” was until she came across Emotional Intelligence. As she studied this for herself, she also realised that some of the most successful people around her, and some of the people that she interacted with early on in her career had this missing X-Factor. Curiosity got the better of Ush and she not only studied this further, but she became a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach. Since then, Ush has worked with companies and individuals across the globe and is a sought after coach in the field of Emotional Intelligence..

About

The podcast is presented by Legally Wise Women. Being ‘legally wise’ is having the wisdom to navigate daily life, having more power over outcomes, and having knowledge about how things work in our system (whether that system is financial, legal, employment, political, social, etc).

Wisdom also includes emotional intelligence. This refers to a person’s ability to perceive, control, evaluate and express emotions. The podcast advocates that learning and increasing emotional intelligence is an important determinate of life success.

Women will feel comfortable in our community; they will learn, they will get answers, and they will be empowered through knowledge.

We have frank discussions in plain English, so that everyday women don’t feel intimidated or silly by legal, financial and political issues.
