Tanya is a trained and qualified Neuroscience Coach and has her Associate Certified Coach accreditation through the International Coach Federation. She has current coaching clients at a senior executive and middle management level. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Vault Mastermind, Tanya also enjoys working with Australian business owners to empower growth, help shift their mindset and maintain a healthy balance in life.
With a Bachelor Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, Tanya has successfully performed a variety of roles across large organisations. Tanya’s corporate experience includes roles in sales, retail management, project management and business transformation; including Asia Pacific responsibilities, working with global teams to implement systems and capability programs across the South Pacific.
